Quality Assurance Specialist
This role requires collaborating with internal teams to ensure decision-making accuracy, audit performance and feedback sharing. It also involves supporting every aspect of audits from planning to implementation, providing timely feedback as needed.
* Audit completion within required timeframes and provide actionable insights to drive improved agent performance
* Identify areas requiring training coordination findings with partners bridge knowledge gaps for enhanced team effectiveness
* Collaborate with Operations teams Quality Manager on personnel meeting metrics-driven improvements for quality enhancement
