Job Title: Graduate Early Years Educator – Lead Role in our Donnycarney Branch
Location: Best Start Childcare Ltd, Collins avenue East, Donnycarney, Dublin 5
Type: Part Time | Permanent, 38 weeks, term time

Role Overview:
We're seeking a qualified and passionate Graduate Early Years Educator to take a lead role in our new centre. You'll guide daily routines, support a high-quality play-based curriculum, and work collaboratively to ensure a warm, responsive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead planning and delivery of activities guided by Aistear and Síolta
* Create a safe, engaging, and inclusive space for children
* Support learning journals and use of platforms like Child Paths
* Collaborate with families and external supports, including Better Start
* Work with junior staff and ensure compliance with Tusla standards
Requirements:
* Level 7 (or higher) in Early Childhood Education
* Minimum 3–5 years' experience in an early years setting
* Strong understanding of play-based learning and early development
* Experience with documentation tools (e.g., Child Paths, bright Hr or similar)
* Confident, warm, and team-oriented

Job Types: Full-time, Graduate
Pay: €17.50-€18.50 per hour ( depending on experiance )
Expected hours: 20 per week (9am-1pm)
