The Role:
1. Primary Contact: Be the go-to person for B2B customers, ensuring their orders are processed accurately and on time.
2. Attention to Detail: Administration tasks are crucial, so high attention to detail is essential.
3. Customer Service: Assist customers through calls and emails while processing orders and everyday tasks—no ticketing system involved. Prioritisation and multitasking skills are a must
The Candidate:
4. Language Skills: We're looking for level C1-C2 in the required market language, Italian. Candidates who genuinely care about people and have excellent communication skills.
5. Experience: Previous experience in a fast-paced office environment or customer-oriented role.
6. Qualities: A can-do attitude, resourcefulness, and willingness to learn are key.
The Process:
7. Step 1: Arrange a call with interested candidates to discuss the role and your expectations.
8. Step 2: Submit an application on your behalf if all goes well.
9. Step 3: Successful applicants will be called for an interview. The client generally moves very quickly.
The Perks:
10. Competitive Salary: €16.74 per hour, 37.5 hours per week, approximately €32, per year (before tax).
11. Contract: Initially fixed term with a strong possibility of extension or turning permanent.
12. Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, regular office hours (8am – 4pm or 9am – 5pm).
13. Hybrid Model: 3 days per week in the Dublin 22 office, 2 days from home (full-time in the office during training period).
