Your new company As Office Supervisor, you will join a professional team in a not-for-profit organisation. Your new office is located in D15 and is accessible via public transport. Your new company requires you to join their team on a 12-month FTC fully onsite. Your new role As Office Supervisor, you will lead a team of administrators. Your duties will include, but are not limited to, managing staff and their daily/weekly workload, ensuring claims and queries are handled within our service levels and turnaround times, overseeing rosters, breaks, holiday cover, etc., carrying out 1-to-1s, acting as the main point of contact for the team and managing escalations to be reviewed by management and all general administrative & ad-hoc duties This is a great opportunity for you to gain invaluable people management and administrative experience within a reputable not-for-profit organisation. # What you'll need to succeed You will ideally have recent relevant experience in a similar role with people management and administrative duties. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential as you will be communicating with a diverse range of individuals and stakeholders. Strong IT skills with proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite is required, and the ability to troubleshoot system issues is desirable. Previous experience carrying out HR duties is advantageous. With clear and relevant examples of your career achievements within a similar environment with proficient administrative and customer service skills, you will be a very strong candidate for this role.
