Job Description:
This role involves obtaining sales within the personal lines and commercial side of the business, working closely with the brand manager and sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Achieving targets by prospecting and upselling our range of products while setting up new client accounts.
* Handling customer queries and referring unresolved or technical queries to the relevant department.
* Completing relevant industry qualifications and continuing professional development (CPD) hours as appropriate.
* Participating in various office tasks and being flexible.
* Rewal follow-ups, revisions, and identifying sales opportunities, cover/rate improvements, as appropriate.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be eligible for this role, you should have:
* APA or CIP qualification.
* CPD in line with Minimum Competency requirements.
* Sales and customer service experience.
* Previous insurance/financial services experience (preferably).
* Excellent communication skills.
* Passion and drive to work within the insurance industry.
