Our AI & Data team is dedicated to enabling clients to derive significant value from their information assets by embedding innovative AI & Data solutions into business hours and transforming data into strategic assets.
The Team and Opportunity
As part of our AI & Data team, you will play a key role in driving growth by developing client relationships, delivering first‑class customer experience on high‑profile engagements, and leading the transformation of clients’ reporting policies and governance processes. You will help shape how clients use data across all industries, communicating creative strategic goals both internally and externally.
Your Key Responsibilities
Help clients unlock value from their information assets by collaborating with domain experts to embed innovative data analytics solutions.
Lead diverse cross‑functional teams, adapting leadership style to fit client and cultural needs.
Anticipate and identify risks, escalating issues as appropriate.
Create a positive learning culture and coach junior members of the team.
Contribute to the growth of the AI & Data team, building our brand through events, thought leadership and collaboration.
Champion operational efficiency and consistently drive projects to completion while ensuring high quality.
Actively build internal and external relationships, identifying business opportunities for EY to incubate or deliver new solutions.
Demonstrate innovative insights that add value to clients and society.
Qualifications
Minimum 7+ years of experience in AI & Data with a proven track record of creating impactful visual stories from complex datasets.
Completed degree (bachelor’s, master’s or PhD).
Relevant experience in consulting or industry with significant management experience.
Ideal Experience
Ability to supervise and develop others, communicate effectively, manage budgets, client expectations and deliver quality projects on time.
Skill in communicating technical information to non‑technical audiences.
Ambition to continuously develop skills and capabilities.
Analytically minded with the ability to assimilate and apply new techniques and knowledge to deliver insights and solve problems.
