Equipment Maintenance Specialist
Main Responsibilities:
* Manage and optimize tool workload to meet/exceed productivity and quality targets.
* Identify, analyze, and resolve production problems in a proactive manner.
* Oversee overall equipment performance (OEE) across departments and drive continuous improvement initiatives using lean manufacturing tools.
* Develop and enhance planned maintenance schedules.
* Collaborate with supervisors on technical issues and implement lasting solutions to prevent problems.
* Lead project teams in the development, verification, and validation of new processes as needed.
* Evaluate process capability and determine calibration requirements for tooling and test equipment.
* Address quality and technical issues promptly to minimize their impact on product supply.
* Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental regulations.
* Maintain knowledge of best practices in maintenance and apply them to improve standards.
Becoming an Equipment Maintenance Specialist requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
