We are currently hiring Dutch speakers who can assist us in keeping our social media platform safe. The candidate will be the first line of defense, making decisions that shape the experience of millions. The ideal candidate must be culturally attuned to The Netherlands with an in-depth awareness of its societal norms and regional market nuances.

Your key responsibilities:
* Investigate and resolve reported issues (inquiries via ticketing system), such as requests for account support or potentially abusive content.
* Enforce client’s Terms of Use by carefully monitoring reports of abuse on the site.
* Become and remain knowledgeable about client’s products and community standards.
* Use market-specific knowledge and insights to find scalable solutions to improve support for our community of users.
* Gather, analyze, and utilize relevant data to develop ways to improve the overall user experience.
* Recognize trends and patterns and escalate issues outside the company policy to the global team.
* Identify inefficiencies in workflows and suggest solutions.

* Strong interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication skills, and most importantly – empathy.
* High adaptability and a positive approach to challenges.
* Ability to make decisions, prioritize, solve problems, and work as part of a team.

Language Skills:
* Fluent in DUTCH language at a near-native level (C1-C2) in oral and written communication, with an in-depth understanding of culture and social trends in the region.
* Advanced level of English (B2/C1/C2).

Contract: Full-time, permanent with Covalen

Working hours:
Day shift: 9:00 am to 5:30 pm
OR
Evening shift: 6:00 pm – 2:00 am
There are no rotations. Monday to Friday, occasionally weekends and bank holidays.

*This is an office-based role. Work from home / remote work is not an option. Employees are classified as essential workers.

* Candidates must be eligible to work full-time in Ireland (EU passport / Stamp 4 / Stamp 1G for a minimum of 12 months or renewable).
