Role Description
Due to continued growth and expansion, the company is now seeking to recruit a
Development Permitting & Consents Manager
.
We are seeking an experienced
Planning & Consents
professional to
Lead Permitting,
Regulatory Compliance
, and
Stakeholder Engagement
across
company Renewable Energy projects.
The role includes
Managing Planning Permissions, Grid Applications
, and
CRU licences
; developing permitting strategies;
Coordinating Environmental Studies
; and acting as the
Primary Interface
with regulators and external partners.
You will support
Project Development
through
Technical Design
input (including
Solar Farm Layouts
and
Site Assessments
), contribute to
Land Sourcing
and
Due-Diligence
activities, and assist with
Budgeting, Grants
, and
Commercial Negotiations.
The ideal candidate has
5+ years'
experience in
Planning, Consents, Energy
or
Engineering,
strong knowledge of the
Irish Planning System
and
Grid Processes
, excellent project management skills, and proficiency in
MS Office, MS Project
and
AutoCAD/BIM.
A relevant
Environmental, Planning
, or
Engineering
qualification is essential.
