Investor Servicing Specialist
We are seeking a skilled Investor Servicing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring investor queries are handled in accordance with quality and service level standards across calls and emails for all clients.
As an Investor Servicing Specialist, you will work closely with the team leader and quality function to support the team daily and develop on-the-job skills to enhance department performance.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Handling complex queries, including escalated cases, and serving as a subject matter expert for the team.
2. Monitoring client-specific mailboxes and eGain to ensure all queries are completed within agreed service levels.
3. Acting as a buddy/mentor to new team members, providing assistance and coaching.
4. Supporting the improvement of quality through procedural reviews and enhancements.
5. Monitoring and reporting on various client queries and making recommendations to the team leader on procedure changes.
Requirements for this role include:
* Working knowledge of Client & Investor Servicing.
* Knowledge of Fund administration and the regulatory environment.
* Ability to work to set deadlines.
* Microsoft Office Skills (Excel, Word).
