This is your chance to build a career in recruitment from the ground up. With our structured training programme and hands-on mentorship, you’ll develop the skills and confidence to become a full Recruitment Consultant within 12 months.
What You’ll Do:
* Actively identify and engage top talent across multiple platforms
* Collaborate with experienced recruiters to understand client needs
* Write engaging job ads and manage postings across job boards
* Screen candidates to assess skills, culture fit, and career goals
* Represent Matrix at career fairs client visits and networking events
* Help build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
* Maintain CRM & format CVs
* Assist with admin & process improvements
What You Bring:
* 3rd Level Degree (any discipline)
* Great communication & people skills
* Organised, proactive & eager to learn
* Experience in C2C sales or recruitment isideal but not essential.
