Purpose
Assist in the development and maintenance of test systems for new product introductions and production. Learn and apply basic engineering principles to support product quality and reliability.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the setup and maintenance of test equipment.
* Assist with prototype testing and basic troubleshooting.
* Prepare simple documentation and keep accurate records.
* Collaborate with engineers to implement improvements.
* Learn test automation tools and electronics fundamentals on the job.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
* No prior experience required; willingness to learn is essential.
* Basic understanding of electronics and programming concepts (academic level).
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Good communication and teamwork abilities.
