HSE Dublin & South East, including South Dublin, Wicklow, Carlow, Kilkenny, South Tipperary, Waterford and Wexford. The base may be at the Dublin Corporate Office (Iveagh Building, Carrickmines Park, Dublin) or at Kilkenny (Lacken, Dublin Road).
