Key Responsibilities:
* Involvement in key decision-making at the partner level, including investment, recruitment, and operational strategy.
* Lead and mentor a high-performing tax team, promoting a culture of technical excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning.
* Organising and planning to assist clients with asset transfers, acquisitions, succession planning, and business strategies.
* Providing comprehensive client management and support across our client base.
* Contributing to business development efforts by writing publications for release and engaging in networking activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
A qualified CPA/ACCA/ACA/CTA tax accountant with a minimum of 10 years of experience (PQE) in Public Practice. Key attributes include:

* Client-facing experience with a focus on the Agri sector.
* Excellent communication and time management skills.
* Strong analytical skills and technical knowledge.
* Strong tax technical knowledge across multiple tax heads.
