INFORM3 Recruitment are currently recruiting on behalf of a Main Contractor for: Job Title –Foreman Project – Educational Job Location - Dublin Salary – €50k - €60k About the Company This foreman role would be working for a fairly new company, with an experienced team.
This medium sized contractor is very busy in both commercial and residential projects throughout Dublin. The Role Plan daily resourcing and control of site labour and ordering of materials, completing daily site diary and relevant weekly paperwork in accordance with company policy.Day to day management and supervision of operations on site as well as managing labour and subcontractors and all personnel on site.Ensure Health and Safety practices are adhered to and oversee quality control.Liaise with project stakeholders including clients, designers and government bodies.Carry out company compliance and administration procedures and recording performance and progress of site operations.Attendance and reporting at site meetings.Requirements Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Site Foreman.Fit out experience is desirable.Trade Qualification / Construction Qualification.Strong sense of ownership over projects.Experience in Educational projects essential.For any additional information on the role, please contact Tanya McCann at Inform3 Recruitment.
