Digital Marketing Specialist
We are looking for a strategic and hands‑on Digital Marketing Specialist to lead and elevate the digital presence of a well‑established financial services organisation. This role sits at the heart of a collaborative Marketing team and offers the opportunity to make a tangible impact on brand awareness, broker engagement, and customer experience.
As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will drive website management, implement content calendars, build landing pages, and optimise digital campaigns. You'll use data to inform decisions and help deliver better outcomes for both B2B Financial Brokers and B2B2C customers, working closely with teams across Ireland and the UK.

Core duties of the Digital Marketing Specialist role will include:
* Driving engagement and brand awareness by managing all brand channels – owned, earned and paid
* Continuous optimisation of the company website and Broker Centre for a seamless user experience, ensuring content is easy to navigate
* Planning and producing long‑lasting content, schedule online content around key business priorities, and take the lead in creating webinars and videos
* Ensuring the strategic implementation and roll out of new marketing technology platforms
* Working cross‑collaboratively on client onboarding to allow for enhancements to be identified and made across automation, analytics and customer segmentation
* Constrantly working to advance channel and campaign performance through tracking and reporting on key metrics
* Using insights to identify and report on successful ROI, and to refine strategies to improve same
Skills and experience you'll need for this Digital Marketing Specialist role:
* Clear and measurable experience in web management and contribution to web marketing initiatives
* Preferred Industry Experience: Insurance, Pensions, Financial Services
* Strong record in social media growth – strong focus on LinkedIn
* Proven ability to create and develop digital marketing strategies that have generated measurable results
* Solid understanding of SEO, Analytics and Campaign Optimisation
* Strong commercial awareness with a focus on detail and results
