Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Techno-Functional Consultant
Location: Dublin
Contract Length: 12 Months
Daily Rate: €550-€600 per day
Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Microsoft Dynamics CRM Techno-Functional Consultant to lead the design, configuration and delivery of Dynamics 365 CRM solutions across complex business environments. This is a hands-on role that blends deep functional expertise with strong technical capability, working closely with stakeholders, developers, and delivery teams.
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is highly advantageous, particularly where CRM and ERP integrations are involved.
Key Contributions
1. Lead end-to-end delivery of Dynamics 365 CRM (Customer Engagement) solutions
2. Engage with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Dynamics solutions
3. Configure and customise Dynamics 365 modules (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, or Power Platform apps)
4. Provide techno-functional leadership across solution design, configuration, and integration
5. Design and support integrations between Dynamics 365 CRM and Business Central (or other ERP systems)
6. Work with Power Platform components including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse
7. Support data migration, system testing, UAT, and go-live activities
8. Mentor junior consultants and contribute to best practices and solution standards
Required Background
9. 6+ years' experience working with Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365 CE
10. Strong techno-functional background (configuration + technical understanding)
11. Proven experience delivering CRM solutions in enterprise or complex environments
12. Strong knowledge of: Dynamics 365 CRM modules, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate), Dataverse and security models
13. Experience working with integrations (APIs, Azure, middleware)
