Crossell is currently recruiting a Field Sales Manager to lead a high-performing field team for one of the worlds leading FMCG brands with a strong presence in the Irish market. We are seeking a results-focused leader with strong team management, leadership, and FMCG experience, capable of driving NPD execution, distribution growth, and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Manage and lead a field sales team of 8 across Ireland Deliver agreed client KPIs, targets, and reporting requirements Drive distribution, promotional execution, and NPD rollout Manage relationships with Convenience, Wholesale, and Cash & Carry channels Support development and implementation of sales strategy for the Convenience channel Conduct monthly and quarterly reporting and governance presentations Drive POS execution in line with Look of Success guidelines Lead team training, coaching, performance reviews, and motivation initiatives Build strong customer relationships and ensure high service standards Participate in cross-functional planning with Commercial, Category, Finance, Marketing, and HR teams Requirements Full Irish Category B Driving Licence Minimum 2 years experience in a sales management / FSM leadership role Proven team management and performance delivery track record Strong FMCG / retail channel experience preferred Target-driven with strong reporting and analytical skills Benefits Competitive salary (DOE) Bonus: 10% per annum (based on team & individual KPIs) Company vehicle Laptop provided Lunch allowance: €12 per working day Annual Leave: 22 days Clear career progression opportunities
