We are currently recruiting for a
Sales Administrator
to join our Sales team.
The main duties of this role will involve but not be limited to.
* Provide administrative and organisational support to the Sales team
* Assist with the coordination of site inspections, familiarisation trips, setting up appointments, sales trips
* Liaise with internal departments to ensure seamless delivery of client's experiences
* Field & qualify phone calls and email enquiries
* Prepare proposals and contracts for the hotel
* Answer all sales related queries in the absence of the Director of Sales
* Ensure client requests are handled efficiently, ensuring a prompt and professional response
* Compile and issue sales reports, Manage CRM updates
* Sales collateral & presentations : Assist in creating & assembling sales collateral & presentations.
* Data & System management: Enter data into the hotel reservation system & other software
Requirements
* Previous experience in a sales support, reservations, or administrative role
* Have a full clean driver's license and their own transport
* Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Impeccable attention to detail & work efficiently
* Must be standards driven, customer focused & passionate
* Proficiency in the English language is essential, both written and oral
* Must be self-motivated and be able to demonstrate strong administrative skills
* Strong computer literacy, including CRM and Microsoft Office
* A proactive attitude with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
* A passion for luxury hospitality and delivering service excellence
Knowledge of Hotsoft or Opera an advantage
