Job Summary
To succeed as a key member of our production team, the ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing manufacturing processes to deliver high-quality output while minimizing costs. This role involves developing and implementing process improvement methodologies, coordinating complex projects, and ensuring compliance with quality and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and implement process controls for commercial product manufacturing.
* Leverage LEAN SIGMA methodologies to drive manufacturing performance improvements.
* Apply analytical and experimental skills to solve problems effectively.
* Ensure all engineering work meets quality and safety standards.
* Provide technical support for new product introductions and contribute to process development.
* Evaluate and correct non-conforming products and processes.
* Complete validations and process improvements using statistical tools and six sigma techniques.
Requirements
* A minimum 5 years of experience in a responsible Manufacturing Engineering/Process Development role.
* Possession of Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification is advantageous.
* Proven experience in Lean Manufacturing is essential.
* Degree in Mechanical Engineering/Manufacturing Engineering required.
