We're working with a leading financial services organisation in Dublin to find an experienced HR Generalist to join their busy HR team.This is a broad generalist role — you'll be working across the full employee lifecycle, supporting on everything from employee relations and performance management to HR data, reporting, and compliance.Responsibility:Advising and coaching managers on ER matters, performance, and absence managementSupporting regulatory and legislative deliverablesSupport with business transformation-related activities end-to-endHandling people's conduct/disciplinary/investigationsSupport the HR team on Succession PlanningMaintaining HR systems and ensuring data accuracy across payroll and HR recordsAssisting with onboarding, case management, and HR operationsContributing to business transformation projects and EUPTD readinessProducing HR metrics reports and management information4+ years of experience in Financial or Professional ServiceLevel 7 degree, ideally in HR or a related disciplineWorking knowledge of Irish employment lawExperience working in a fast-paced, regulated environment is a distinct advantageExcellent communication and organisational skills
