experienced supervisor with several years of leadership experience who is ready to take the next step into a managerial role

As a Trainee Manager, You Will
* Work closely with the Store Manager to ensure the restaurant meets or exceeds its targets.
* Lead and support team members daily, ensuring high standards are maintained.
* Be hands-on, leading by example and committed to developing your team.
* Train the team on all aspects of Supermac's operations.
* Coordinate in-store sales and promotions.
* Assist the Store Manager with employee relations as needed.
Your Profile
* Minimum of 2 years' supervisory experience in the food industry.
* Strong leadership, organisational, communication, and planning skills.
* Passionate about customer service and maintaining a professional image.
* Energetic, motivating, and fully customer-focused.
* Knowledge of food safety (HACCP) required.
* Flexible to work a mixture of days, evenings, and weekends.
