This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned engineering professional to take on a senior leadership role, overseeing all engineering-related activities in support of growing a global line of business.
* Lead by Example: Drive standardization of design and create global platforms that can be tailored to regional-specific needs.
* Balance Act: Balance engineering demand with available engineering capacity, optimizing work effort regionally.
* Process Improvement: Improve core engineering processes and tools to streamline design efforts and increase visibility and tracking of status and key work products (e.g. submittals traceability etc.).
This senior role will manage all mechanical and electrical engineers for the Busbar line of business across your region by coordination with regional Engineering managers to standardize engineering processes globally.
