Functional Accountabilities
Security Assessment & Compliance Management
* Conduct comprehensive security audits that identify vulnerabilities and establish credibility with clients
* Translate technical findings into business risk assessments that drive both immediate action and long-term product strategy
* Develop practical security roadmaps that guide improvement whilst informing future product development
* Establish and maintain compliance frameworks for diverse client environments
* Guide clients through remediation planning with achievable timelines
Product Development & Technical Innovation
* Contribute to development of innovative security solutions from concept through to implementation, informed by real-world audit findings
* Transform complex security challenges identified through assessments into elegant, accessible product features
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the solution development lifecycle
* Balance technical security excellence with practical user experience considerations
* Ensure solutions deliver clear business value to our diverse client base

Reporting Structure & Team Integration:
This role reports directly to the CTO, reflecting the strategic importance of integrating security assessment insights with product development capabilities. You’ll work closely with both the ISO Certification Specialist and Security Audit Specialist to ensure comprehensive coverage of compliance requirements whilst contributing to product development initiatives that address real-world security challenges identified through our assessment work.
The position requires extensive collaboration with cross-functional teams including Sales, Customer Success, and Technical Development, serving as the bridge between our security consulting capabilities and our product innovation efforts.
