Job Title: Financial & Administration Manager
A key position within our organization seeks an experienced professional to lead the day-to-day finance function. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety and wants to make a meaningful impact across multiple areas of the business.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable and receivable, cash flow, and bank reconciliations. They will also oversee monthly management accounts and liaise with external accountants on financial reporting. Additionally, they will ensure timely submission of VAT returns and payroll for both ROI and UK operations, and coordinate year-end accounts and audit preparation. The role also involves supporting the CEO with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning, as well as ensuring ongoing compliance with Irish and UK financial regulations and statutory obligations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable and receivable, cash flow, and bank reconciliations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
This role requires demonstrable experience in a finance role with responsibility for both financial and operational tasks. Strong knowledge of Irish payroll and tax regulations is essential, with some familiarity with UK payroll desirable. The successful candidate will be confident in managing payroll, financial reporting, and general compliance requirements. Experience supporting HR and office administration functions is also required. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail are essential, along with a high level of discretion, integrity, and reliability. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and confidence using cloud-based systems are also necessary.
