Executive Culinary Director
We are seeking an accomplished Executive Culinary Director to lead our kitchen team in delivering exceptional dining experiences.
About the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate culinary professional to take charge of our kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, service, and presentation. As Executive Culinary Director, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the kitchen, ensuring high standards are consistently achieved, and maintaining full compliance with food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards at all times.
You will work closely with senior management to design creative, seasonal menus that meet customer expectations. Your strong leadership and communication skills will enable you to motivate and train the kitchen team to deliver high-quality dishes consistently.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience as a Head Chef or in a senior kitchen leadership role, hold a culinary qualification or relevant chef training, and possess excellent organisational skills to handle a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage all kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, service, and presentation
* Lead, train, and motivate the kitchen team to ensure high standards are consistently achieved
* Maintain full compliance with food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards at all times
* Control stock levels, ordering, and kitchen costs to ensure profitability

Candidate Requirements
* Minimum 3 years' experience as Head Chef or in a senior kitchen leadership role
* Culinary qualification or relevant chef training
* Strong leadership and communication skills to manage a high-performing kitchen team
