Job Description
We are seeking a Warehouse Systems and Operations Supervisor to support the continued setup and operational development of our new Limerick fulfilment operation and assist with implementation and consistency of established fulfilment procedures and operational workflows used within our UK and Ireland warehouse activities. The successful candidate will support warehouse activities including inventory handling, fulfilment workflow coordination, dispatch operations, implementation of operational procedures, and use of warehouse management systems within a growing e-commerce environment.
Key Responsibilities
Support warehouse operational setup and fulfilment workflow implementation activities
Support daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch
Coordinate warehouse workflow and support operational efficiency
Support inventory accuracy and stock control processes
Use warehouse management systems (WMS) to support warehouse operations and inventory tracking
Support implementation and consistency of fulfilment procedures and warehouse workflows across UK and Ireland operations
Assist with implementation of established fulfilment workflows and operational procedures used within the wider group operation and warehouse management system
Liaise with UK-based operations personnel regarding fulfilment procedures and warehouse workflows
Assist with onboarding and operational support of warehouse staff
Ensure compliance with warehouse health and safety procedures
Support operational reporting and warehouse administration activities
Escalate operational issues, stock discrepancies, or delays where required
Requirements
Experience working in a warehouse, logistics, or fulfilment environment
Previous experience in a supervisory, team lead, or senior operative role
Understanding of warehouse operations and stock control procedures
Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment
Good communication and organisational skills
Desirable
Experience using warehouse management systems (WMS) in an e-commerce fulfilment environment, including familiarity with Helm WMS or similar systems
Experience working with established fulfilment workflows and operational proceduresExperience in e-commerce or consumer goods fulfilment
Forklift certification
