Requirements:
* MCC qualification in Personal & Commercial General Insurance (essential).
* Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar or financial services role, with proven team management skills.
* Full clean driving license (essential).
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites – Word, Excel & Outlook (essential).
* Strong network-building skills with key stakeholders across the business.
* Clear understanding of performance management, branch administration, and regulatory requirements.
