The Capital & Estates team provides professional, technical, project management, property, Fire & Safety, and related services for the procurement, development, operation, and maintenance of health service infrastructure, including buildings, plant, and equipment. Services include design, specification, project management, supervision, and procurement for capital building and refurbishment works, infrastructural risk and asset management, property services, fire, health and safety, energy, and sustainability.
