I'm looking for a reliable person to hang a framed painting on an interior living room wall. The wall is plaster with a wood stud behind, and I’d like a sturdy, finished look using appropriate wall anchors. The frame is medium weight (~2–3 kg). I prefer someone who can assess whether to use a single screw, picture hook, or wall anchor depending on the wall condition. I would also appreciate help leveling the frame and concealing any mounting hardware if possible. Access to a small step stool and basic tools would be great.
