Job Title:
Commercial Property Legal Assistant
We are seeking a detail-oriented Commercial Property Legal Assistant to support our solicitors in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, excellent time management abilities and the capacity to manage high-volume workloads effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
* Accurately transcribe digital dictations for solicitors.
* Prepare, format and edit various legal documents with precision.
* Effectively manage and maintain documents on our practice management system.
* Conduct general administrative tasks, including invoicing and filing.
* Coordinate the registration of documents with the relevant authorities.
* Manage Requisitions on Title and schedule title documentation.
* Prepare Contracts for Sale and assist with closing documentation.
* Compile Bibles of Security/Title documents and oversee data room management.
* Prepare ROS online returns and provide occasional reception cover as required.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 1 year's experience as a legal secretary or assistant.
* Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and/or equivalent software applications.
* Prior experience in a commercial property department is highly desirable.
