Job Title: Team Leader
Status: Full Time Contract

Stepping Stones Care are currently recruiting for a Team Leader for a small residential disability service.
Duties
* Support the Team to ensure that the service you provide complies with the applicable HIQA regulations. Sufficient professional knowledge to carry out the duties and responsibilities of the role.
* Ensure compliance with record keeping is in line with legislation and HIQA requirements.
* Work directly with individuals and completing administrative tasks relating to the day-to-day running of the house.
The successful candidate will have:
* Relevant recognised Diploma in Social Care / Applied Social Studies in Social Care (Level 7 on National Framework of Qualifications).
* Three year's experience supporting children/adults with intellectual disabilities and/or autism
* Applicants must have relevant experience Experience in a HIQA regulation environment and supporting children/adults with intellectual disabilities
* Excellent organisational and communication skills
* Strong knowledge of HIQA Standards
* Be highly organised, have excellent report writing, IT, and time management skills.
* Flexibility and openness to change
* Full Clean Driving Licence

12 hour shift
