In this role, you will be responsible for recruiting top talent for our Engineering, Technical, and Science sectors. You will utilize your expertise in sourcing techniques, build strong relationships with clients and candidates, and develop your knowledge of key industries and trends to become a trusted advisor to your clients.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the recruitment process, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Key Responsibilities:
* Recruit Top Talent: Utilize our extensive database, social media, job boards, and headhunting skills to source and place professionals in the Engineering, Technical, and Science sectors.
* Build Relationships: Create long-term partnerships with clients and candidates through great service, insight, and a genuine interest in their success.
* Develop Sector Expertise: Build your knowledge of key industries and trends to become a trusted advisor to your clients.
* Own the Process: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle – from job brief through to offer - delivering a seamless, professional experience for clients and candidates alike.
Requirements:
* Experience: Minimum 1-3 years' experience in a professional environment, ideally HR, recruitment, or talent acquisition roles.
* Education: Degree qualified in a relevant field is an advantage or similar HR qualification (Science, Engineering, Technical, or Business).
* Sourcing Know-How: Skilled at using a range of sourcing techniques to find and engage great talent.
* Problem-Solver: Resilient, resourceful, and ready to offer creative solutions to client and candidate challenges.
