Sales & Marketing Manager – Hospitality
I'm working on behalf of my client – a well-established hospitality property in Wicklow is seeking a Sales & Marketing Manager to drive brand visibility, revenue growth, and guest engagement across all departments. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong hospitality experience, a creative approach to marketing, and a proven ability to lead teams and deliver results.
You'll be responsible for the full commercial strategy-covering sales, marketing, revenue management, and events. The property is known for hosting a wide variety of functions including weddings, corporate events, and live music nights, so experience in event-driven hospitality is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and deliver the annual sales & marketing strategy and budget.
2. Lead digital marketing efforts including social media campaigns, Google Ads, and online brand visibility.
3. Drive revenue growth through innovative initiatives and team leadership.
4. Represent the venue at trade shows, networking events, and client visits.
5. Identify new business opportunities across leisure, corporate, and events markets.
6. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy.
7. Build and manage relationships with external partners including PR, travel networks, and digital agencies.
8. Oversee and support the sales, marketing, events, and revenue teams.
9. Provide regular performance reporting and insights.
What We're Looking For:
10. Minimum 5 years' experience in hospitality sales & marketing-this is essential.
11. Strong understanding of luxury hospitality and event marketing.
12. Proven success in running social media campaigns and managing Google Ads.
13. Experience promoting and coordinating music or entertainment events is a plus.
14. Excellent communication, leadership, and presentation skills.
15. Proactive and flexible approach with willingness to travel and host client visits.
16. Strong organisational and project management skills.
17. Valid driving licence required.
