We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Grade III Clerical Officer for a temporary position in Co. Wicklow. The successful candidate will provide administrative support, ensuring smooth and efficient operations within the office.
Location: Bray (on site)
Temporary Month to Month initial contract
Pay scale is €17.04- €26.52 depending on previous relevant public sector experience.
Full Time: 35 hours Mon- Fri (9-5)
Available for immediate start
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform general clerical duties including data entry, filing, and document management.
* Answer telephone calls and handle inquiries professionally.
* Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence.
* Manage and maintain office supplies inventory.
* Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments.
* Support staff with various administrative tasks as needed.
Skills and Qualifications:
* Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* High attention to detail and accuracy.
* Previous clerical or administrative experience.
