Excellent opportunity for a passionate Spa Manager at this favourite luxury Wicklow destination.This role is responsible for managing the large spa team, supervising all areas of the spa facilities and driving revenue.
This could suit either an experienced spa professional, or a seasoned hotel department manager.
Responsibilities
Oversee the daily operations of the spa,ensuring exceptional guest experiences.
Maximise bookings and drive sales in collaboration with the Sales and Marketing team.
Lead, motivateand develop the spa team, fostering a positive and professional work environment.
Provide training and ongoing development to ensure the highest standards of service.
Work closely with the Financial Controller to manage revenue and control costs effectively.
Maintain and uphold the spa's reputation for excellence, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
Qualifications
Minimum three years' hospitality management experience in spa or other hotel department within a four/five star hotel property
CIDESCO qualification an advantage, but not required.
Customer-focused with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
A natural leader with strong communication and team-building skills.
Target-driven with a proactive approach to achieving business goals.
Experience with operations, including sales, marketingand financial management.
