Job Description
As the Senior Portfolio Manager, you will ensure effective governance of the entire Enterprise project/product portfolio. You will ensure the portfolio is aligned with the business objectives, prioritized, resourced, governed, and the performance analyzed and communicated. You will ensure the cross-functional dependencies between projects and products efforts are connected and coordinated. You will be responsible for presenting and communicating to the Executive Leadership on the status of the enterprise portfolio.
Responsibilities
Overseeing the approval, planning, prioritization, development, and implementation of enterprise project and product effortsDeveloping, establishing, and standardizing project management methodologies and proceduresEnabling projects/products to achieve a return on investment and meeting the goals and objectives of the organizationDeveloping and maintaining the enterprise project and product governance processes and standards to enable effective portfolio managementEstablishing a comprehensive internal audit program aligned with the required SOX ControlsPresenting and communicating to Executive Leadership on the status of the enterprise portfolio
Qualifications
Degree – Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain required; Masters Degree preferredPMP CertificationAgile Product Owner CertificationAgile SCRUM Master Certification10 years of experience as a Project Manager5 years of experience as an Agile Product Owner and SCRUM Master preferredProcess Mapping, Capacity Modeling, Data AnalysisAbility to travel up to 25%
