Your Role and Responsibilities would include:

Own the marketing performance KPIs: including revenue contribution/impact, customer acquisition, retention and lifetime value, using data to continually refine strategy.
Shape the end-to-end brand experience, ensuring a seamless and premium customer journey across physical retail, ecommerce and clienteling channels.
Own and drive customer initiatives and propositions, including Loyalty, CRM and Clienteling to measure and grow customer lifetime value.
Manage the overall marketing budget and external agency partners, ensuring strong ROI and alignment with brand standards.
Team management: Mentoring and leading the brand and marketing team of six.
Lead the strategic planning and delivery of the annual marketing calendar, grounded in customer insight, trading priorities and brand moments
Creative and Campaigns: Own the end-to-end development and delivery of campaigns, driving as much impact as possible across all channels including digital and store.
Ensure campaigns translate seamlessly into the physical retail environment, supporting store teams with strong in-store storytelling, POS and launch toolkits
Web Content: Align web updates with our marketing calendar and digital strategy
Content and Asset Development: oversee the creation of content – from product imagery and videos to blogs and articles, that supports our Social, Paid, UX and SEO strategies, elevating and championing our new branding.
Maximising the Social Media opportunity: Develop a strategy that’s all about genuine growth and engagement.
Act as the senior brand and marketing voice within the business, influencing and working alongside trading, merchandising and retail teams to drive our overall strategy and deliver real results.

Skills and Experience:

Omnichannel Marketing Expertise: Proven ability to manage and optimize omnichannel marketing strategies, including both online and offline channels.
Experience working with premium of luxury brands, with a strong understanding of how to balance commercial performance with brand prestige
Digital Marketing Savvy: Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms, especially in how content and assets support performance channels like paid search and paid social.
Content Creation and Management: Experience in creating engaging content that aligns with brand values and drives customer engagement.
Analytical Skills: Proficiency in analysing data to inform marketing strategies, measure campaign effectiveness, and drive continuous improvement.
Budget and Resource Management: Experience in effectively managing marketing budgets and resources to maximize return on investment.
Team Leadership and Development: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing marketing team.
Stakeholder Management: Strong skills in communicating with and presenting to senior stakeholders, including reporting on performance metrics.
Strategic Planning and Execution: Ability to develop strategic marketing plans and execute them effectively to achieve business objectives.
