We are seeking a dedicated and caring Early Years Educator to join our team. As an Early Years Educator, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing environment that fosters the holistic development of young children.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide a warm, inclusive, and stimulating environment for children aged 0-6 years old.
* Support children's learning and development in line with Aistear and Síolta frameworks.
* Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote physical, social, emotional, and cognitive growth.
* Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all children in your care.
* Work collaboratively with team members to maintain a positive and professional childcare environment.
* Build strong relationships with parents/guardians through effective communication and regular updates.
Person Specification:
* Minimum QQI Level 5 qualification in Early Childhood Care and Education (or equivalent recognised award).
* Genuine passion for working with children.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
* Ability to follow policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
* Flexible and reliable with a positive attitude.
