As a Principal Process Equipment Engineer, you will lead a team of subject matter experts in drug product manufacturing process aspects. Key responsibilities include new product introduction/lifecycle management and manufacturing operations readiness.
The role involves leading cross-functional teams to successfully transition multiple drug products onto a New Isolator Vial Filling line and introducing a new lyophiliser technology, Controlled Ice Nucleation. This includes characterisation, process validation, and ensuring seamless integration with existing processes.
