Job Opportunity: F&B Operations Manager
We are seeking a proactive Food and Beverage Operations Manager to lead our team at a busy Hotel in Cork. This is an exciting opportunity to drive revenue, profitability, and quality goals across all F&B outlets.
The successful candidate will assess and evaluate long-term and short-term objectives, developing and executing marketing strategies to maximize sales and guest satisfaction. Key responsibilities include:
* Developing and implementing business plans to ensure optimum guest satisfaction, sales maximization, and profitability
* Conducting regular inspections to maintain the property's condition and recommending preventive maintenance
* Coordinating in-house activities and package plans with the Head Chef, Director of Sales & Marketing, and Food and Beverage Operations Manager
* Selecting and developing strategies to improve guest service, food production techniques, and efficiency
* Monitoring and ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction through quality guest services and products within corporate standards
* Screens, interviewing, and selecting potential Supervisors and team members for the department
This is a 5 over 7 day a week role requiring full flexibility and previous experience within the Food and Beverage sector or hotel management. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
