Role:
Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for clinical support of the Pain Management portfolio. You will work closely with the current Pain Management Team, Customers and Patients to provide Clinical, Technical Support and Education in pain management/neuromodulation.
Duties:
11. Promote company products through education of current & potential customers by providing excellent clinical education and support
12. Build relationships with all business partners, be confident dealing with complex product offerings and ideally have prior experience working in operating theatres, in either support or nursing capacity
13. You will engage with the customers to ensure they understand their needs and collaborate with the Companies Operations Team to ensure the needs of all stakeholders are met
14. Focus on Customer Obsession together with detailed product expertise ensuring unrivalled customer care and excellent on-going product support
15. Implementation of new product launches and other corporate activities within area of responsibility
16. Attendance at relevant conferences and meetings
Experience:
17. 2 – 5 Years Hospital based Nursing Experience (Theatre Nurse)
18. Full Clean Driving License
19. Specific experience within Neurosurgery essential
