Job Responsibilities
* Manage a group of projects from planning and design to completion and commissioning, ensuring safety, time, budget, and specifications are met.
* Oversee project delivery, monitor schedule, interface, cost, variations, contracts, and risks, liaising with relevant team members.
* Develop and implement the Project Execution Plan aligning with company standards.
* Engage and manage relationships with stakeholders such as the Airport Transformation Manager.
* Manage and support a team of Project Managers, ensuring project delivery metrics are achieved.
* Coordinate design reviews, manage design changes, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
* Maintain project risk registers, monitor performance, and manage change control processes.
* Lead project interface coordination and ensure proper documentation and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
* Review and accept programme submissions, and manage NEC-specific activities if applicable.
