Job Title: Talent Development Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead training initiatives across multiple locations.
Main Responsibilities:
* Develop an annual training needs analysis and deliver a strategic L&D plan
* Design and deliver onboarding, customer experience, and compliance training
* Collaborate on standard operating procedures (SOPs) and ensure consistent service standards
* Create engaging content using video, animation, and live demos
* Track training impact via dashboards, feedback, and performance metrics
* Develop internal and external development programs, including apprenticeships
* Foster a culture of learning and excellence
Requirements:
* 2-3 years' experience in training delivery (digital, virtual, in-person)
* Hospitality or retail operations background
* Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
* Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS), authoring tools, and Microsoft Office
* Bonus: Familiarity with Adobe Pro, Articulate, Synthesia, or project management software
