About the role:
This position offers an opportunity for an experienced fund administrator to join the Third Party Oversight team, responsible for overseeing and escalating issues related to NTAM’s third-party providers. As a VP-level role, it ensures efficient operations with key third-party relationships, mainly fund administrators, depositaries, and custodians, utilizing strong stakeholder management skills.
The ideal candidate will be a proactive, detail-oriented self-starter involved in enhancing oversight and vendor management for global service providers.
Key responsibilities:
* Oversee key service providers continuously.
* Manage deliverables according to deadlines and SLAs.
* Lead due diligence and service review meetings.
* Monitor performance, report issues, and escalate as needed.
* Handle incidents to resolution, engaging internal and external stakeholders.
* Track operational risks and ensure corrective measures are implemented.
* Conduct reviews and trend analyses.
* Prepare reports and dashboards for senior management.
* Perform deep dives into third-party performance.
* Enhance governance frameworks for third-party relationships.
* Ensure compliance with risk management frameworks and regulations.
* Support regulatory change implementations.
Required Skills/Experience:
* Experience in fund administration or third-party oversight at a global asset manager.
* Knowledge of service provider requirements across investment management functions.
* Understanding of UK and EU regulations, especially outsourcing guidelines.
* Experience reviewing SLAs, KPIs, and NAV production.
* Operational knowledge of UCITS and AIFMD products is advantageous.
* Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to work independently and support team members.
* Proficiency in Power BI, Excel, PowerPoint, and data management.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Ability to multitask and simplify complex information quickly.
