Job Description:
To drive business growth by developing new accounts and managing existing customers in the industrial automation sector. The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for building relationships with global and local clients, supporting sales opportunities, and ensuring high customer satisfaction while achieving assigned sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
 * Develop and manage relationships with customers in the
 industrial automation
and related industries.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in
local and international markets
.
- Support existing accounts by ensuring consistent communication, timely follow-up, and value-added engagement.
- Prepare and deliver tailored
presentations, proposals, and quotations
to clients.
- Collaborate with technical teams to align customer requirements with offered solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals while maintaining profitability.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client communications using CRM systems.
- Provide
market intelligence
and competitor insights to management.
Represent the company at
global customer meetings, exhibitions, and industry events
when required.
Qualifications & Skills
 * Bachelor's degree in engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related), Business Administration, or Marketing.
 * 2–3 years of sales/account management experience.
 * Preferred:
experience working with
global markets/customers
.
- Preferred:
background in
industrial automation, controls, or industrial solutions
.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand technical solutions and translate them into business value for clients.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented.
- Proficiency in English is required (additional languages are a plus).
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally if required.
