We are seeking a dynamic Customer Support Representative fluent in German, English, and Russian. Join us to assist and support players of our popular games worldwide.
Tasks
* Provide technical support for our mobile games across multiple platforms, managing player tickets in collaboration with support engineers
* Engage with a global player base, offering technical advice and assistance
* Identify, prioritize, and resolve issues promptly, collaborating with departments like production, QA, design, programming, legal, and marketing
* Research and develop solutions to improve support services
Requirements
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, German, and Russian
* Ability to quickly understand technical concepts and explain them to users with varying technical knowledge
* Experience playing mobile games is a plus
