Job Title: Administrative Support Specialist
About the Role:
Sanderson is partnering with a well-established legal firm in Drogheda to find a dedicated and professional Receptionist and Legal Secretary. This opportunity would suit an individual with a passion for providing excellent client service and some office experience.
Main Responsibilities:
* Telephone Management: Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate staff members.
* Client Interaction: Greet and assist clients who visit our office, ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
* Administrative Duties: Perform general administrative tasks such as scanning, photocopying, and handling post collection and delivery.
* Typing: Carry out some general typing tasks as needed.
* Training: Show a willingness to be trained to assist with secretarial work.
* Document Preparation: Draft, format, and proofread legal documents and correspondence.
* File Management: Organize and maintain client files, both physical and electronic.
* Scheduling: Coordinate appointments, meetings, and court dates for attorneys.
* Research: Conduct legal research and gather relevant information for cases.
* Client Communication: Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court officials on behalf of attorneys.
* Billing: Assist with billing and invoicing tasks.
Requirements:
* Experience: Previous office experience, particularly in answering phones and typing.
