Overview
Theatre Quality Lead Nurse – CNM2 Grade. Our client an established Hospital in Dublin wishes to recruit a Theatre Quality Lead Nurse. This role promotes, facilitates and supports the provision of excellent care for all patients attending the Operating Theatre Department, working collaboratively with staff to promote a culture of continuous improvement to drive quality, person‑centred care.

Qualifications / Criteria
At least five years recent post‑registration nursing experience in an acute hospital setting, with a minimum of two years in Theatre.
Registered with the NMBI and holding full work permits.
Recognised post‑registration nursing course – Higher Diploma or Post Graduate, or in pursuit of same.
Proven clinical and professional management, risk management and clinical audit ability.
Currently working in a hospital in Ireland or a comparable setting.
Strong communication, organisational and interpersonal skills.
Up‑to‑date knowledge in clinical practice.
Management experience.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Good IT skills.
Works on own initiative or as part of a team.
Approachable manager.
