Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Land Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing external service providers in the delivery of land, facilities, and security services.
Key Responsibilities
* Management and oversight of LDA appointed security service providers
* Providing land management and support services as appropriate in the management of LDA sites as per allotted portfolio
* Undertaking site assessments in advance of site handover to the LDA to identify any onsite matters that may influence land management strategies
* Overseeing the management of commercial licences and land agreements
* Ensuring that all land in allotted portfolio is safe, secured, and in compliance with insurance requirements
Requirements
* Minimum 4 years' experience in land and/or facility management
* SCSI or other professional body membership desired with pathway identified to Chartered/full member Status
* Excellent relationship management skills (both internal and external)
* Understanding of title and legal documents
* Broad knowledge of general property/facilities management across varying markets
The ideal candidate will have strong commercial awareness and sound professional judgement. They must also possess excellent attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.
